Basic training for people who want to learn how to work on an OMNIplus Summum machine. This is a complete program lasting 2 weeks. After these 2 weeks you will be qualified to work on an OMNIplus Summum machine.
Week 1
- Day 1 (10.00 – 16.15): Introduction – General
- Day 2 (08.00 – 16.15): Lubrication and pneumatic control + Maintenance
- Day 3 (08.00 – 16.15): The drive + Drive related settings
- Day 4 (08.00 – 16.15): The shed and related settings (ELSY…) + Cam box or dobby
- Day 5 (08.00 – 16.15): The beat-up
Week 2
- Day 1 (08.00 – 16.15): Insertion
- Day 2 (08.00 – 16.15): Insertion
- Day 3 (08.00 – 16.15): Insertion + Lunch
- Day 4 (08.00 – 16.15): Warp +The take-up
- Day 5 (08.00 – 12.00): Tucker settings if available + questions + BlueBox
