Day 1 (08.00 – 16.15)
Introduction – General
- Visit demonstration room and assembly line
- Guided tour in the training center
- General information concerning the training hours - coffee break – sandwich order form.
- Passport – VISA and airplane ticket copy needs to be made by instructor
Program
- Location and function of the different components of the machine
- Proximity switches ( PX)
- Resolver
- Motor - SUMO
- Prewinders
- Push-buttons machine
- Several detections (filling detector, warp stop motion, oil pressure, oil level,temperatures etc.)
- Wiring, different connectors use of the extractor tools
- Discussing the functioning of the elements mentioned above
- (What does the PX do? How do you test it? Etc.)
- Location and function of the different elements of the control box(es)
- Fuses
