Maypole placed on rooftop of construction site new headquarters
On December 20, 2023, a maypole was placed at the top of the construction site of Picanol Group’s new headquarters in Ieper (Belgium) to symbolize the end of the structural work. This marks the moment when the highest point of the building has been reached and is a symbol of the success realized and good luck for the future of a building project.

Recently, we were honored to have the opportunity to share our insights on the sustainable characteristics of our weaving machines at the Sustainability Talks conference in Istanbul (Türkiye). This event was hosted by our esteemed customer Kipas Textiles, and Orbit Consulting. The aim behind Sustainability Talks is to offer sustainable solutions for the fashion and textile industry and connect professionals so they can discuss the challenges faced by the textile value chain.

ITMA ASIA + CITME has come to an end. It has been a wonderful 5 days, full of meetings with our valued customers and potential customers who were impressed by our high-tech weaving machines and our digital platform, PicConnect.

ITMA ASIA + CITME is in full swing. We are thrilled with the numerous visitors at our booth in the first two days! Beyond showcasing five of our high-tech airjet and rapier weaving machines, we are also demonstrating how to further enhance your weaving activities through PicConnect, our online platform.
Captivating keynote session with Peter Hill of Heathcoat Fabrics
We were delighted to host Peter Hill, Director Woven Fabrics at Heathcoat Fabrics, for a keynote session at the Picanol headquarters in Ieper (Belgium). Heathcoat Fabrics, which is one of our valued customers, is a leading British company that produces technical textiles for various industries including automotive, aerospace and healthcare, among others.
