Haining Bafang Weaving Co. Ltd

The roots of the company go back to the 1940s when it was founded as Zhejiang Haining Cloth Factory, a state-owned enterprise. Nowadays Bafang is a manufacturer of various denim fabrics and integrates cotton spinning, dyeing, weaving and finishing. The company produces 25 million meters of denim fabrics annually. Two production lines for spindling and air spinning and 30,000 spindles deliver 10,000 tonnes of yarn per annum, all for use in the company's own weave shed which is equipped throughout with Picanol rapier machines.

The company's relationship with Picanol dates from 1987 when 28 GTM machines were purchased. Since then Bafang has continued to put its trust in Picanol, investing almost every year in the latest Picanol technology, most recently with installation of 36 OptiMax and 12 GTMax-i machines. The company's products find their way to many famous clothing brands at home and abroad and sell well in Europe, America, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Customers include Levis, Calvin Klein, Zara, Pull&Bear, Diesel, Armani, GAP, Esprit, G-Star, Jack&Jones, Stradivarius, Lee, …. A list to be proud of.
