Successful Customer Days in India

In August and October, Picanol organized several Customer Days in the north and the south of India in order to interact with our customers and prospects. We welcomed more than 900 weaving machine managers, technicians and other professionals who work at weaving mills. The Customer Days in Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Bhilwara, Ichalkaranji, Coimbatore and Surat gave us the opportunity to share our latest developments on airjet and rapier technology which had been presented at ITMA Barcelona 2019.

One of the highlights during the Customer Days was Industry 4.0 and how Picanol integrates Industry 4.0 in our production process and our latest developments. In this context, we also focused on the four key principles that serve as the starting point for the design of any Picanol machine or feature: Smart Performance, Sustainability InSide, Driven by Data and Intuitive Control. Other topics that were discussed included customer training, aftermarket services, and our participation at international fairs throughout the world.
