At Picanol we have a group of 150 technicians worldwide, made up of more than 30 different nationalities, and we are continuously searching for the best ways of improving our team in terms of skills and knowledge. This is most likely a challenge you also face with your technicians.
Due to the current travel restrictions, attending a training course at one of the Picanol training centers is obviously not possible. However, this does not mean we have stopped providing the necessary training support to our customers. Our training team has been working hard at creating e-learning videos to ensure you can sharpen your skills without having to travel.
We are regularly adding new videos - for example on the alignment of an OptiMax-i machine with the Free Flight gripper system, a video on how to replace the resolver of an OmniPlus-i machine, and a video on how to set the easing motion.
