Challenges in life are inevitable, but they can often be used to one’s advantage. This was the perspective that the Portuguese company ADA Fios took when it was hit by a fire that completely destroyed its spinning section and most of its weaving machines at the end of June. ADA Fios faced the challenge by confidently looking to the future and it made immediate plans for an even more modern weaving mill than it had before.
"The OmniPlus-i weaving machines were built and started up at a record pace. And it was only possible thanks to the additional efforts of our production department and the commitment of our international service team. This enabled us to help our customer ADA Fios to realize its plans to build one of the most modern weaving mills in Europe.
