Robust structure airjet

Solid structure, the basis for any application

The proven Picanol concept combines two solid sideframes connected by large-section cross rails. The sley is driven from both sides by conjugated cams.

In order to assure stability at even higher speeds, the machine sideframes have been further reinforced. The weight of the sideframes has been increased by about 18 kg.

On Picanol airjet machines we have also introduced a redesigned support for the central sley shaft bearing. With this new design the mechanical load that comes with increasing speeds is more evenly distributed over the crossrail.
